Phila is GrowthCred’s founder and CEO. His work focuses on helping owners move from repeatedly briefing tools to building repeatable systems around how their business operates. He shares practical demonstrations and business-system ideas through his YouTube channel and LinkedIn profile.
What we believe useful training looks like
Bring actual work. Write down the context. Build a small workflow. Review the result. Keep what works and measure it. A system should help you make progress without taking away the judgement that belongs to you.
We distinguish demonstrations from customer results. Worked examples in our guides are illustrative unless explicitly identified as measured, permissioned case studies.
