For South African owners who are still the person every quote, hire and question runs through.

You built this business by wearing every hat. Now you want to lead it. We build your own private AI on your documents and your rules, on equipment we set up for you. Your team gets your answers without waiting for you. Your data stays in the building.

Engagements are limited. Not every application is accepted.

Organisations we've worked with

  • WeWork
  • TaiAscend
  • MNE Waste Management
  • Melsoft Academy
  • Lombia Johannesburg
  • MpiloTech
  • Ncedo Afrika

7 AI talks at WeWork Johannesburg. AI system presented at Parliament, Cape Town.

The hours that wait on you are the expensive ones.

You price the quote. You train the new hire. You answer the question only you know. The decision that moves the business waits behind all of that.

Write down what one of those hours is worth to you. That number is yours. We will not invent it.

  • QuotesStill priced by you.
  • New hiresStill trained by you.
  • QuestionsStill answered by you.

Hiring didn't fix it. New tools didn't either. Both still need you to check the work.

The fix is not more people. It's building your judgment into the business.

The rented way

Renting AI doesn't fix it either.

Most firms rent their AI. A seat for every person. Every month. So what are you actually paying for?

01

The bill grows with your team.

Every new hire is another seat. What does one seat cost you a month? Now times your headcount. Every month. For as long as you use it.

02

Your documents leave the building.

Client files, contracts and numbers go to someone else's servers to be processed. Under POPIA, what happens to them is still on you.

03

It doesn't know your business.

A rented tool starts every task from zero. So your people spend the time it saved explaining your business to it.

You're paying rent on something you use every day. At some point you buy the house.

The Command Core

Your own intelligence. Owned, not rented.

What you know is the most valuable thing your business owns. Let us help you own your intelligence. We handle the equipment. You never have to think about it. We choose what fits your business, set it up and look after it.

01

Equipment that fits you

Sized to your team and your work. We deploy it and we keep it running. You don't need to know what's inside.

02

An AI that knows your business

Set up on your documents, your templates and the way you write. It starts every task already knowing you.

03

Agents built for your work

Custom agents for the jobs that eat your week. Proposals. Client enquiries. Answers to questions. SOPs.

04

Your team, trained

We train your people on it, on their own work. It gives them your answers. It doesn't take their jobs. So it gets used on Monday. Not admired on Friday.

Is it magic? No. It's excellent at documents, questions and the admin in between. Before you sign, we tell you straight what it will and won't do for you.

No per-seat subscriptions. Your data never leaves the building. And it's yours.

Why own it? The full case

What we believe

Three things we won't bend on.

  1. 01

    Your intelligence belongs to you.

What you know shouldn't live in someone else's AI. Yours is set up on your SOPs, price lists and templates. If a big AI company changes its rules, you keep working.

  2. 02

AI backs your people. It doesn't replace them.

Your clients trust your team. Not a chatbot. The AI hands your people the answers that used to wait for you.

  3. 03

Don't buy a big build before you know it pays.

That's why every engagement starts with an audit. We don't build before the list exists.

When we said “not yet”

An owner asked us for the full quoting setup. An agent for sales. One for customers. One for after-hours calls. The biggest option on the table.

The audit found a different problem. Quotes were slow because the price rules lived in one place: the owner's head. A customer-facing agent would only send wrong quotes faster.

So we said start with the internal one. Get the rules out of your head and into a system your team uses daily. Add the customer side once the rules work.

Sometimes the right advice is to spend less. We'll tell you.

Working with us

How the work stops waiting for you.

Here's what it feels like from your side of the desk. Start with one team. Measure the return. Then decide.

  1. 01

    Audit

We do the heavy lifting. You and your team talk. We read the documents. We put a rand value on every hour stuck on your desk. You get a plain-English plan: what to build first, and what to leave alone.

  2. 02

    Deploy

We set up your own AI on equipment that fits you, built around how you work. You see working parts early, not one big reveal. Your staff test it on real jobs. Nothing goes live until you say so. First result in 14 days.

  3. 03

    Embed

We stay. When your prices, people or products change, we update it. Better models go in as they come out. Hours back tracked every month. You lead. It does the routine.

Engagements

Pick your stage.

Same method. Same straight advice on what not to build. The scope grows with the business.

Every stage runs on your own AI, on equipment we choose and deploy to fit you.

Questions

Questions owners actually ask.

What is the Command Core?
Your own AI, on equipment we choose, deploy and look after for you. It's set up around how your business works. Quotes, training and the questions your team asks stop landing only on your desk. You own it. You don't rent it.
Where does our data go?
It stays with you. Your AI runs on your own equipment, so your documents aren't sent to an outside AI company to be processed. Before anything goes in, we agree in writing who can reach the system, and how.
What equipment do we need?
You don't buy anything yourself. We choose the equipment that fits your team and your work. We deploy it and we look after it. The details come in your proposal.
What happens when a better AI model comes out?
We test it on your work. If it does the job better, we put it in. Your setup, your documents and your agents stay. You don't start again.
Do I need AI in my business?
Not for its own sake. You need it if you, the founder, are the bottleneck: quotes wait for you, new hires wait for you, every question lands on your desk. It's for owner-led businesses from R5M to over R200M in revenue. Pick your stage above. The engagement grows with your business.
Private AI or ChatGPT: which is better for a business?
ChatGPT is rented, general and outside your building. It knows nothing about your business, so its answers could be for anyone. Your Command Core runs on your own equipment and starts every task already knowing how you work. Will it beat the newest ChatGPT at everything? No. Your documents, your enquiries and your SOPs are what it's built for.
Does it work in my industry?
We've worked with owners in waste management and in beauty and cosmetics. Your AI is set up on your knowledge, not a template. So your industry changes. The method doesn't.
How is it different from the one-day workshop?
The workshop is one day, online. You build your first systems yourself, on tools you rent. The Command Core is an engagement. We deploy your own AI on your own equipment and build it into your departments.
How much does private AI cost for a business in South Africa?
It depends on your stage and your scope. Transformation engagements are scoped to you. If a smaller start is the right call, we'll say so. Engagements are limited, so apply and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
Where is GrowthCred based? Is there AI automation near me?
Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa. I run GrowthCred from here myself. We work with owners across South Africa and the rest of Africa.
Is it safe to put company data into ChatGPT?
Public AI tools process what you paste on someone else's equipment, under their terms. For client files that's a real POPIA question. With private AI, your documents stay on your own equipment, and we agree in writing who can reach the system before anything goes in.
When should a business get AI agents?
When you're doing everything twice: briefing each person separately, relaying client messages, answering the same questions. If you're still the person everything runs through, it's time. Start with one team, see what changes, then decide.
Can I set up private AI myself?
You can, if you have time to pick the models and equipment, secure them and keep them running. Most owners don't, and you want the result, not another job. If you'd rather build your first systems yourself, start with the one-day workshop.
Is GrowthCred legit? Where can I read reviews?
Read our client stories. They use the words clients actually said. Then apply, and judge us on the first call.
Should I buy another AI or marketing tool first?
Check the free ones first. Our free tools guide lists the ones we open before we recommend you pay for anything. A tool shows you the numbers. It doesn't take the work off your desk. That part we build.

Next week, it lands on you again.

Start with one team. Measure the return. Then decide. Apply and we'll tell you if it's a fit. If it isn't yet, we'll tell you that too.
