South Africa does not change its clocks. That puts Johannesburg two hours ahead of the UK in winter (GMT) and one hour ahead during British Summer Time. A 10:00 call in London is at 11:00 or 12:00 in Johannesburg — no early mornings, no late nights.
In practice that means working sessions, reviews and handovers happen live, in the same working day, over video.
