Refund policy

How to claim it

Email info@growthcred.co.za before day 30 from your workshop date, with your name, your workshop date, and confirmation that you completed the builds on the day. We take you at your word on that. We refund the full price within 7 business days, to the payment method you used.

The window is 30 days from your workshop date, not from the date you paid, so booking early never costs you any of it.

If we move or cancel the day

The workshop runs on a set date. If we move it or cancel it, you choose: a seat on the next date, or a full refund. You do not have to ask twice, and you do not lose the guarantee by transferring.

If you cannot make your date, tell us before it and we will move you to the next one.

Other purchases

Add-ons bought with the workshop. Where an add-on is part of your workshop order, a refund under the guarantee refunds what you paid for that order.

Digital products and recordings. These give immediate access to their full contents, so they are sold as final unless a specific guarantee is stated on the product page at the time you buy. Where one is stated, its terms apply and they override this paragraph.

Done With You and Done For You engagements. These are quoted and scoped individually, and their cancellation terms are set out in the agreement you sign before work starts.

Your rights either way

This policy is in addition to your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you, and where this policy is more generous than the law, this policy applies.
