Client story

The first Operator Intensive sold out five seats at WeWork Rosebank.

They all walked in with the same problem: their businesses depended entirely on them. By the end of the day, they'd built working systems.

The room, set for five.
GrowthCred announcement: Your week is sold out
All five seats went.

The problem they brought

Every owner in the room had the same bottleneck, and it was them. Proposals waited for them. Follow-ups waited for them. Decisions only they could make sat behind work anyone could do.

What happened on the day

The day was spent on each owner's own business, not on theory: writing down how it runs, who it serves and how it speaks, and turning that knowledge into systems they could use.

By the end of the day, they'd built working systems.

One of the five

Sandile, who runs MNE Waste, was in that room. He built his Operator's Brain in one day and is now fully operational. If this works for waste management, it works for whatever you do.
